We Halftone Creative recognizes the importance of protecting personal details and information and provides this Privacy Policy with respect to the access and use of Application and all our Future Service as owned and operated by us and/or our affiliates and payment facilitation services including bill payment services provided by us (“Services”). The term Sites will also include all pages that are sub-domains or are associated or within each Site and all devices, applications, features, technologies, functionalities and other services that Halftone Creative operates or offers through such App.

GENERAL

You specifically agree and acknowledge that you have, in addition to the terms of this agreement, reviewed the terms under the Terms and Conditions and any other agreements which may be incorporated by reference therein, and to the extent of their incorporation herein you agree to be bound by them.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers fine tune our product. We do not gather any data from the child other than first name and reading age. This is only stored locally on the device and is optional. It never leaves the device, and will be erased if the user deletes the app.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the App, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

• To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT

The TOS specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition Halftone Creative shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.

Our Application is provided “as is” and without any warranties, claims or representations made by Halftone Creative of any kind, either express, implied or statutory with respect to Halftone Creative, including warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, nor are there any warranties created by course of dealing, course of performance or trade usage.

Without limiting the foregoing, Halftone Creative does not warrant that Application or the functions contained therein will be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete or error-free, that defects, if any, will be corrected, or that our Application and/or the server that makes same available are free of viruses, clocks, timers, counters, worms, software locks, drop dead devices, Trojan-Horses, routings, trap doors, time bombs or any other harmful codes, instructions, programs or components.

YOUR AGREEMENT

By using our Application, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our any Application. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Unless otherwise indicated, amendments will become effective immediately. Please review these Terms and Conditions periodically. DOES THE APPLICATION COLLECT PRECISE REAL TIME LOCATION INFORMATION OF THE DEVICE?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. if us is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you.

WHAT ARE MY OPT-OUT RIGHTS?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. DATA RETENTION POLICY, MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to one year and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at  halftonecreatives@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

AD NETWORKS AND CROSS PROMOTION ADS

We welcome the third parties ad networks for accepting advertisements (banners, interstitial and video ads etc...). In our apps and games, these advertisements authorized to be displayed. Advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect data, in case that user clicks on any of these advertisements.

We promote our own games, apps and services in different types of ways. That might include cross promoting one of our games or app while you are playing a different game of ours.

We display ads to cross promote apps and games, developed by us. We do not gather or share any of your personal identification information to display our ads.

Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, our liability in such jurisdiction shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You understand and agree that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall SR Group be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any Application, materials or functions on any such Halftone Creative, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

COPPA (CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of App and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. Do we let third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins collect PII from children under 13.

SERVICE RATES

Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Subscriber. Subscriber is aware that the Company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The promotional offer is contingent upon Company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.
